This programme has been carefully created by Frederic Robinson Ltd in order to be able to assess our pubs through the eyes of a customer. By listening to our customers, their likes and dislikes we will be able to support our Licensees in improving their businesses so that we can offer the best pub experience possible.

So who can be a mystery customer?

We need enthusiastic pub visitors - people who are passionate about pubs and the standards within them.

To be a Robinsons mystery visitor you will need to live in the North West of England or North Wales as this is where all our pubs are. If you feel you would like to be involved, please register below.

Through the registration process we will uncover what type of pub you like to visit, how often and how far you are prepared to travel. When we have an assignment available that matches these criteria we will send an email asking you to visit this website to view your allocated visit. Should you choose to accept the visit you should view the questions, visit the pub (always remaining under cover) and then complete the on-line questionnaire.

We will then reimburse you £15 as a thank you for the information you have provided
